“The weather impacted the 3 star rating as it was raining on and off all day. Although it was an open top bus they did have sides that rolled down but the seats were wet. Unfortunately you can’t predict what weather you will get when you book, but it does impact the views. That aside it was a good experience with staff that came round to make sure your earphones worked and you had the correct channel. They gave us plenty of notice of the next stop and what to see there.”

“I paid for a private guided tour of the Uffizi as part.of the hop-on, hop-off bus tour. When I arrived at the ticket collection office, the employee told me someone else had collected my tickets prior to me and that there would not be any other opportunities for a private showing that day. I was late to the office because the staff had directed me to the wrong office in the first place to collect my ticket. I have not been refunded the difference between the ticket I purchased and a standard entry ticket. By all means visit the Uffizi as it is a treasure, but I wouldn't bother booking…”
