“I booked the sightseeing tour to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon with a hotel pickup in Las Vegas, Skywalk and hot lunch. The event description “Hop aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned coach equipped with reclining seats, panoramic windows, and onboard restroom.” My trip was canceled by Viator the evening before the trip. I was able to reschedule, and as an apology, they “reserved” the two seats behind the driver for us. Incidentally, we are both 6 feet or taller, and that seat had a floor to ceiling solid black wall in front of us limiting leg room and view. The bus was not COACH, but rather a party bus…”
