“We were so,d our tickets prior to our trip and when we got to the stop we were informed that because it was a National holiday, buses were for the most part not running. I am sure that the bus company and Viator knew well in advance that this was a holiday, but the sold us worthless tickets anyhow. Because of this snafu we did not get to see Lisbon as we were leaving the next day.”

“A suggestion… 1. Have the driver call out the stops. 2. Give people a chance to get off. 3. Have your staff queu the travelers ( some travelers are very pushy) Also most of your stops are not shaded. If possible you should look and see if it’s at all possible to move the stop a few meters so we are not waiting in the blistering sun for 20 minutes to board the bus and a good 15-20 minutes in the sun before we start our tour . This of course is the first stop.”
