“The hop on hop off tour was excellent! Very informative. Having the Big Bus app helped us easily find the bus stops and to know when the buses would arrive. The river tour left a lot to be desired. We did not get to go on our river cruise because when we arrived there was a 2-3 hour wait time according to the attendant. When booking, only one time slot is shown for the day you want to take your boat tour; the time slot shown is when the first boat leaves for the day. No other times are shown. There should be multiple time slots for each boat arrival…”

“Any day you can get to the Summit Level of the Eiffel Tower is a good day and GYG got me there w less than a day of notice when Tower site next tickets were days after my last day here. Very Good. The guide was pleasant but not entirely helpful, and you can’t hear her, and since my ticket didn’t show up for the meet up I was running to keep up for when it appeared closer to Tower. Just be aware that you may buy a “package” but the operators don’t know anything about each other, and it’s just luck if they can help you out w a…”
