“Shockingly overpriced. None of the visits were the length laid out in the itinerary. The 30 mins at Shibuya was a 2 min drive by. The 1 hr visit to the imperial palace was 20mins. Added to that the itinerary included 3 hours free time so you're being charged a huge amount for what is less than a half day trip. The guide was very nice but told us very little about Tokyo - which surely is the point of a tour. Only things we found out was the obsession with separating trash and why there are no rubbish bins. No history or culture at all. Truly the worst tour…”
