“The tour was great! But the person who greeted us was not customer friendly at all. We could pull up our confirmation # but not the code. She told us we could not go and refused to even look at my phone. A couple from Germany overheard her rudeness and offered to help us. thankfully we could get on the tour. She was so rude to us. See NYC’s top sights by climate-controlled bus, with photo stops at Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and 9/11 Memorial.

“Be prepared for a lot of historical information. Even though I gave the trip five stars the night tour is splendid for pictures but if you are on the wrong side of the bus, it’s hard to get every picture you want. The stop at the Brooklyn Bridge was the best. This is an overview, not an in depth tour.”

We found that in general, the city itself is safe, just need to be cautious about pick-pocket in some areas.”
