★★★★★★★★★★3.2 · 275 reviews · from $65

Review of NYC’s 24 or 48-hour TopView bus tour, with route details, stops, value, ticket tips, language options, and honest drawbacks.

“We had a total hassle getting the ticket from the getyour Guide app to the point where a bus took us. Luckily, a bus driver had mercy and took us with him, even though we couldn't check in until we were on the bus. Also, at the very beginning, when we tried to book the ticket at the stop, 3 buses came in a row and then none for a whole hour, who then luckily took us as described above. The problem was we were pretty far out in NYC.”

“the server printed off my tickets with the wrong dates on that we asked for then said she couldn't change them and I had to see the attraction centre, having spoke with Statue of Liberty Kiosk I was told that BBT was responsible and they do this all the time to people, I raised it to the customer care team for Big Bus who just fobbed me off saying there was nothing they do, I ended up having to pay twice for attractions I wanted to see so we didn't miss out, Be extremely careful if you use them, I wont again”

Review the $99 NYC bundle with Empire State Building views, 48-hour Big Bus access, and a Circle Line cruise.
