We used mobile tickets and that was a little cumbersome to get redeemed. We had to go to a stop with a person that could read the ticket and print out vouchers to use on the bus and on the boat. However, our tour guide, Peter, did an excellent job of explaining the main facts about the areas visited. We enjoyed the tour very much. The only complaint I have is that we were combined with a Spanish tour group and the bus was therefore, packed full. Seating with your companion was not always available/possible.”
