Guide was easily frazzled, after 2.5 boring hours going thru random parts of London were we transferred to an equally horrible boat with dirty windows you couldn't see out of. “This was a fun and unique way to see Praga. Our guide was excellent! We had a typical complainer at the beginning of the tour (there seems to be one in every group) and the guide handled it so well. He made sure it didn’t affect the rest of us and even managed to get the complainer to come around by the end of the tour. Word of advice - do not be disappointed if your group is small and you take a smaller bus. You’re getting a small group tour at a great deal. The smaller group was so much better.”
