“The bus was comfortable and available as soon as I arrived at the meeting point. There was zero commentary on the bus - in any language. You just drive around for 45 minutes without knowing what you’re seeing. This is not a “tour” in any sense of the word. Gigantic waste of money.”

“we waited at an official bus stop shown on the route and no bus appeared . this was because they cut short the route as shown . there was no timetable and it was a waste of our time . we fool a taxi to the terminal but it said on the timetable another two hours before the next bus . we gave up . later we were having a coffee and saw a bus appear so we managed to hold it to get on . The route the bus took omitted a third of the route ! it was very poor service . i tried to engage GYG but…”

“We have done several hop on, hop off bus tours and have found them to be a great way to explore a new place. This was the worst we have ever experienced. Several windows were broken on the first bus and it was very dirty and the audio didn’t work on the second bus which made it useless to us. The buses did not stay on schedule and after waiting for one to arrive for 20 minutes past the scheduled time, we gave up and walked. I would not recommend this tour bus operator!”
