“Rottnest Express staff provided us with an excellent service, tour guide was engaging and informative. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said of the Karma Resort staff, who were awkward about accepting our booking, and while somewhat attentative, provided us with an extremely basic service both food-wise and in the overall setup of the buffet restaurant – if you can even call it that! A very limited selection of meal options with no allergy warnings displayed. The rice was undercooked, the curry was flavourless, and the cakes they had on offer were borderline stale. It was an incredibly cheap experience, which saw a disappointing end to an otherwise spectacular day!”
